IKEA, Google, Lego, Volvo, Adidas, Tetrapack and Nordea want their employees and coworkers to feel good and to have the best work places possible. In the spirit of networking, learning from each other and helping each other out, the responsible workplace leaders decided to create a workspace symposium where they meet every year and share their challenges and wisdom on the matter. This year it was IKEAs turn to host and the meeting took place in Älmhult and IKEA Hubhult, Sweden. Big Brain help facilitate the process visually and created templates for every part of their idea generation and workshop, together with the renowned facilitator Kursty Groves (workplace expert and speaker). In the end we summarized the highlights and helped them create their next step and needed solutions.
