Arctic climate mitigation

The social science about human priorities on sustainability.

Why is it so difficult for societies and countries to decide which action should be taken to mitigate the global warming and decreasing biodiversity? It might have something to do with our personal experiences and background. We help the scientist Ann Eileen Lennert and the project Green Feedback conduct a series of workshops called Your Voice Matters. These workshops take place at universities in arctic regions to discover why climate mitigation and biodiversiry might be contradicting subjects sometime. Capturing the different groups discussions and impact preferences, we created a overview of their similarities and differences. Here are some results from Oulu, Finland and Tromsø, Norway.
