Skåne is the most south region in Sweden with rich soil, high quality crops and a vibrant food culture. Tourism in Skåne and Visit Skåne wanted to highlight the hidden diamonds to be experienced in the area. Gastrolution is a yearly occuring conference and project that connects stakeholders, producers, resturant owners and anyone else who want to enlighten the world about the passion for food in the area.
